Speaker Support

Work closely with our speakers to make sure they feel prepared and comfortable before they take the stage. You'll assist with logistics such as accompanying speakers, managing their schedules, and coordinating with the stage team for seamless transitions.

Stage Support

Keep the main stage running smoothly from start to finish. You'll assist with session transitions, manage audience flow, and serve as the on-the-ground link between speakers, the tech team, and event coordinators.

Masterclass Support

Help facilitate an engaging and organized experience in our hands-on masterclass sessions. You'll assist facilitators with room setup, attendee questions, and ensuring all materials and resources are in place for a productive session.

Executive Hospitality / VIP Area

Provide a premium, attentive experience for our VIP guests, speakers, and partners. You'll oversee the VIP lounge, assist with special requests, and ensure that our most distinguished attendees receive top-tier care throughout the event.

Information Desk

Serve as a go-to resource for attendees seeking guidance, directions, or event information. You'll stay up to date on the full program schedule and venue layout so you can answer questions confidently and keep the event experience running smoothly.

Tech & Production Support

Support the technical backbone of the summit by assisting with AV equipment, microphones, and presentation setups. You'll work alongside the production team to troubleshoot issues quickly and keep every session running without a hitch.

Allrounder

Bring flexibility and energy wherever it's needed most on the day. As an Allrounder, you'll be deployed across various roles and tasks throughout the event, making you an essential part of keeping everything on track behind the scenes.
